AN EXCUSIVE PROJECT

Exuberant nature, virgin Atlantic Forest stretches, deserted beaches in environmental protection areas. These are the features of Guaiú beach in the Costa do Descobrimento, in the south of Bahia, the address of the Ecovila da Mata project. A project that combines an exclusive luxury condominium with the hospitality industry. The design is signed by Gui Mattos, architect, vastly experienced in high standard architectural projects in Brazilian coastal region.

The project is comprised of 39 houses and 24 hotel units, in a land with 230 meters of Atlantic Ocean front. The project has high standard resort infrastructure: SPA, recreational area with swimming pool, lounge, bar, cafeteria/bakery, convenience store, business center, and even a colonial architecture chapel, typical of the region. There is also water and horseback sports support.

ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY

The Ecovila da Mata project is dedicated to the preservation of nature and the concept of ecological construction. A total of 767 thousand m² were preserved from the 98% of Atlantic Forest. The end consumer will have the chance to be in contact with an ecosystem under extinction and one of the project's major distinctions is precisely the trails within the Atlantic Forest reserves with biologist-catalogued fauna and flora.

ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY

Only 14,594m² of built area will be used out of the 767 thousand m² of land. In addition to the residential units that are sellable, there are supplementary income sources that guarantee the project’s financial sustainability: hotel units, SPA, convention center, restaurant, bakery, bar, and other foreseen business establishments.

SOLIDITY

The project has obtained the required environmental licenses. The works have began, with 1,500 m² already covered.
